Seneca Isayha Wallace (born August 6, 1980 in Sacramento, California) is an American football quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Seahawks in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa State. At 5 foot, 11 inches he is the shortest active quarterback in the NFL. Wallace attended Cordova High School in Rancho Cordova, California, and was a letterman in football and basketball.
