Henrik Lundqvist ['hɛn.rɪk 'lɵnd.kvɪst] (born March 2, 1982 in Åre) is a Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was nominated for the Vezina Trophy in his first three seasons in the NHL, finishing third all three times, and is the only goaltender in NHL history to record 30 wins in each of his first four seasons.
