Joe Freeman: The Blazers might have found themselves an unexpected gem in Williams.

The 22-year-old shooting guard said he will "most definitely" be in Las Vegas for summer league, but whether he will be able to play or not is still to be determined.

The sixth man acknowledges speculation about his future as weighed on him and says he would prefer to stay in Portland.

The Blazers have scheduled an appointment for Williams to visit a shoulder specialist in Portland on Monday.

The rookie guard dislocated his left shoulder in Thursday's practice and will not play tomorrow night against Boston or Saturday night against the Washington Wizards.
