Deon D'Marquis Grant (born March 14, 1979 in Augusta, Georgia) is an American football cornerback/safety in the NFL for the Seattle Seahawks. Grant attended T. W. Josey High School in Augusta, Georgia and then played college football at the University of Tennessee from 1997-1999. Grant was selected as an All-American in 1999 after he tied for the NCAA lead with nine interceptions for 167 return yards. Grant finished the 1999 campaign with 69 tackles and eight pass breakups.
