David Hawthorne (born May 14, 1985 in Corsicana, Texas) is an American football linebacker who is currently with the Seattle Seahawks. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football at TCU. David Hawthorne received his first start ever in Week 3 of the 2009 season in place of the injured Lofa Tatupu. Hawthorne recorded a combined 16 tackles and 1 interception.
