Brad Marchand (born May 11, 1988 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League (AHL). Marchand was drafted by the Boston Bruins, 71st overall at the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. Marchand has represented Canada twice in the 2007 and the 2008 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships, bringing home gold each time.
