Alonzo Gee (born May 29, 1987) is an American professional basketball player. Alonzo Gee played basketball at William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He went on to play four seasons of college basketball at the University of Alabama from the 2005-06 season until 2008-09 season. He started over 70 games at Alabama. After going undrafted in the 2009 NBA Draft, Gee was signed by the Austin Toros of the NBA Developmental League. Gee excelled in Austin, averaging 21 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game. On March 7, 2010, Gee was signed to a 10-day contract by the Washington Wizards of the NBA. Gee made his NBA debut on March 11 in a game against the Atlanta Hawks, scoring 2 points and grabbing 2 rebounds in 7 minutes of playing time.
